Baby Boomers will bogart drug rehab seats, experts warn

Researchers worry that high rates of lifetime drug use among boomers (born between 1946 and 1964) will create health complications and swamp drug-treatment programs. “We are projecting that by the year 2020, we will probably have enough people in that age group needing treatment that we will need to double the number of treatment facilities.’’
